FEBRUARY 2026 DINNER  SPEAKER SERIES

The Republican Club of San Francisco is pleased to welcome back Congressman Kevin Kiley for a special dinner in our 2026 speaker series.

Since Congressman Kiley last addressed our members, California voters authorized the redrawing of congressional district lines—reshaping the political landscape ahead of the next election cycle. His current district has been significantly altered, with multiple new districts emerging and major strategic questions now confronting Republican candidates across the state.

This evening’s discussion will explore:

> How California’s new congressional maps change the political terrain
> What redistricting means for voters, representation, and accountability
> The broader implications for Republicans in California and nationally
> Congressman Kiley’s perspective on the road ahead

As a member of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, Congressman Kiley plays a central role in debates over constitutional limits, election integrity, free speech, and federal oversight. He also serves on the Education and the Workforce Committee, where he is Chair of the Subcommittee on Workforce Protections.

Before his election to Congress, Kevin Kiley served as a Deputy Attorney General, prosecuting cases involving convicted felons, and as a highly effective member of the California State Assembly. He earned national attention as the only 100% citizen-backed legislator in California—refusing funding from special interests—and was re-elected with the highest vote total ever received by a Republican in the state.

Congressman Kiley holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard, a law degree from Yale, and a master’s degree in secondary education from Loyola Marymount. He has also served as an adjunct professor at McGeorge School of Law.

This dinner offers a rare opportunity for candid conversation with one of California’s most consequential Republican leaders at a pivotal moment for the state.
